The Different Types of Sinusitis & Symptoms

How is Sinusitis Treated?

What Can I Do at Home?

There are some other things you can do yourself to help with common sinusitis symptoms:

• Warm compresses can reduce pain and help with drainage.
• Warm, moist air may help if you have chronic sinusitis accompanied by dryness. To remedy this, you can use a vaporizer or humidifier. If you don’t have one, a simple version of is to inhale steam from a pan of warm (not hot) water.
• A saline solution based nose drop formula to keep the nasal cavity clear.
