Dr. Cosgriff joined Associates of Otolaryngology in 2012 as a general practitioner with an emphasis on otolaryngology.    Dr. Cosgriff emphasizes listening to your concerns and starting with conservative non-surgical treatment.   She tries to utilize all forms of medical management (pharmaceuticals, culture-based treatment, physical therapy, immunotherapy, CPAP) before referring you on for a surgical evaluation.  Her philosophy is to provide the time needed to understand complicated problems that need more attention and tries to accommodate urgent appointments.

Dr. Cosgriff has called Colorado her home since 1987.  You might find her restoring a historic property in central Denver, skiing or hiking in Leadville, or running around town with her two teenagers.
