She is passionate about providing high-quality and compassionate ENT care in Denver, following in the footsteps of her father. She joined Associates of Otolaryngology after serving on the clinical staff of Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

After working on the clinical staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Rasband was eager to return to her home state of Colorado. Both she and her husband love spending time with their two children and yellow lab, as well as with their extended families. In their free time, they enjoy the mountains, particularly skiing, hiking and mountain biking, as well as participating in medical mission trips.
