Dr. Dragul was very thorough in detecting the cause of my hoarseness, phlegm in my nostrils and throat and in recommending medication that helped minimize the problems. He also recommended that I consult with Dr. Hepworth for further evaluation of my sinuses and the problems he felt were the result of my sinuses.
Dr. Hepworth is indeed an outstanding specialist in sinus care and, in particular, sinus surgery. He carefully examined my sinuses, ordered cat scans and reached a conclusion that surgery was the best solution to correct my condition. I had surgery on February 6, 2008, and I can tell that the surgery has made a major improvement. It iw remarkable that Dr. Hepworth’s patients offer nothing but praise to him because of his surgical expertise and the significant improvement after surgery. Colleen and Debbie also deserve special consideration as they are very professional, take time to explain the proper methods of using medications prescribed by the doctors and they offer adequate time to answer all questions before and after treatment and surgery.
Jody provided me with documentation prior to surgery and she thoroughly explained all the guidelines prior to and after surgery. She is an excellent pre-surgery contact since she is so friendly and calm.
Donna is another superb member of your team. She is very knowledgeable in all areas of audiology and has dedicated adequate time to investigate techniques to improve my hearing with new hearing aids. She fine-tuned my hearing aids and now they consistently provide much better hearing. Whoever selects and hires the professional members of your team does an outstanding job!!!

"I had quite an experience that started when I was having problems breathing thru my nose. After consulting with Dr. Dragul he informed me that I had a deviated septum and that it could be corrected. He told me that my breathing would be greatly improved after the procedure. He asked if I had any questions. I told him only one. If I can breath better after the procedure wouldn’t I snore louder at night during my sleep? He told me that he could correct that too but it wasn’t covered by insurance and he would correct it with not additional cost to me. I decided to go ahead and get it done. As I remember it after the surgery it was uncomfortable when the packing in my nose was removed but got over that quickly. The office made a follow-up call to me to see how I was doing and I let them know that I was having headaches. They told me to come back in to see Dr. Dragul. The headaches were in the temple areas of my head and the Dr. Told me this was unusual as most people if they have headaches experience them in the sinus area. Immediately he sent me to get an MRI. The MRI showed the Drs that I have an accracnoid cyst the size of a baseball next to my brain. They told me that it had been there all my life and it wasn’t the cause of my headaches or my bi-polar disorder but have it monitored yearly. The headaches went away and I felt fine thereafter. My breathing improved so much that I feel that I’m stealing other peoples’ air! Wow, what a difference. I was so impressed with the results that I sent my son to have the procedure done as he experienced problems breathing in Reno, NV. He was thrilled with the results as well and as for my snoring, my wife doesn’t hit me any more in the middle of the night. No more Breathe Right Strips. No more sleeping on the couch. My life is better in more ways than one as a result of having the procedure done, and as a bi-product of having the MRI done, I created a piece of stained glass art and have included a photo of the redheaded girl “in my head” with this testimonial."

"I had a sleep study 3 years ago and it was determined I had moderate OSA – my options were UPPP or CPAP “mask”. I tried the mask and “we” didn’t get along – put off UPPP surgery because of all the negative reviews on internet (“worst pain I ever felt”…”like swallowing needles for a month, “ etc.). The prospect of going through that was scary. After several consultations with Dr. Dragul, and daytime fatigue becoming unbearable – I had UPPP and Turbinate reduction at same time (9/2007). Had surgery at 1:00 pm on a Wed. and went home that day – soft food diet (pudding, yogurt, ice chips) for 4 days – pain was not bad at all (had worse pain with strepp throat). Was back at work full time following Tues. and real food in 1 week post op! Am sleeping thru the night and dreaming again (1st time in 2 Yrs! Must be getting REM sleep). Dealing with Dr. Paul Dragul and his staff was a very pleasurable experience – He strives to be the best in his specialty and I would highly recommend him to anyone with OSA – It changed my life and I am grateful!"
